    We had a holiday that will be part of us. It's the best location for old and young, family and couples, kids especially. My lil one had a blast. The management and staff was very warm and caring, clear communication and will to help was undoubtedly present. Will highly recommend. Cheers to everyone who was present behind the scenes...cheers to all beautiful and welcoming smiles and good food. Luv to all the kitchen dai's , cleaning staff, front desk, Mali kaka, security, reception Vikas and all behind the scenes.

    The rooms are extremely disappointing—dull, outdated, and filled with an unpleasant smell that makes the stay uncomfortable. Basic privacy and safety are also a serious concern, as the room doors do not have proper locks from the inside, meaning anyone could potentially open them from outside, which further adds to the inconvenience. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, with no proper bright lights, making the space feel even more gloomy. The pillow covers were old and visibly stained, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. What was even more alarming was the presence of cockroaches and rats in the room. We observed them eating milk powder from sachets that were kept on the TV table. This is completely unacceptable and highlights a severe lack of hygiene and pest control. What is most frustrating is that despite these poor conditions, the pricing is comparable to that of luxury hotels, which is entirely unjustified. There is a clear mismatch between what is advertised and what is actually provided. I strongly urge Amadi to update the photos and descriptions on your official website and social media platforms to reflect the actual condition of the property, as the current representation is misleading. The only positive aspect of the experience was the luggage-carrying staff, who were helpful and courteous. However, even during checkout, there was a complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. There were no standard departure formalities or even a simple gesture of politeness—staff seemed unconcerned and indifferent as guests were leaving the hotel. Overall, the experience was extremely negative and far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Instead, you may consider Ocean 7 Hotel, which offers a far better experience compared to Amadi Front Beach Resort.
