The location, right on the beach. Also so many restaurants around the property. The breakfast. The staff was courteous and efficient.
The upkeep of the property could be a bit better. Its a beautiful place.

The location is excellent. Right on the beach. It was VERY peaceful when I was there, never felt busy or crowded, a welcome relief from the cities in India. The juices were excellent. Coffee unexpectedly good.
Only small things... The outdoors gym section was limited, and inevitably the equipment was a bit rusty. I would have appreciated more Goan options in the restaurant. No one comes here to eat pizza and pasta!

Location of the property is great.
The fact that the water ran out twice and the staff had no clue about it’s resolution. “I’m not a plumber” was a sentence uttered by the manager. The staff fought a lot amongst themselves. Audibly loud. Some of the make staff were too over friendly with us girls traveling. There’s friendly and there’s excessive friendly. :-)
