    Fantastic experience, a must stay and highly recommended. The rooms are luxurious, property is well maintained, very clean and the staff is extremely polite and hospitable. Great property by the beach. Good spa experience too. Absolutely no complains. Arti, Kelly and the entire staff (including housekeepers and the staff at the restaurant) made our stay very comfortable. Food at the restaurant Ashwe 351 is also good. They have some friendly dogs and cats too. Definitely coming back on our next trip.

    We have stayed at quite a few hotels and resorts over the years, including some really good five-star properties. But honestly, one thing that often feels missing these days is genuine warmth and hospitality. Palma Beach Resort was a lovely surprise. From the moment we checked in, we could feel that the team genuinely cared. They noticed our preferences, remembered the little things, took care of our room and view, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, and overall, everything was taken care of so well. Yes, the resort doesn’t have a kids’ play area or a lot of kids’ facilities, but for us, that hardly mattered because the service and personal attention more than made up for it. After a long time, we stayed somewhere where hospitality felt genuine and personal, rather than just something written in an SOP.
