Clean Pool 3.All Basic Amenities 4.Big & Clean Washroom Cons - 1. Breakfast is average with 5-6 options 2. The Service at the restaurant is horrible. Sometimes we have to wait for almost 40-50 minutes 3.They are running very short on restaurant staff that's why the service is not good. 4.Basic Toiletries should have been there on the first place but we had to ask them for it multiple times. 5.The road leading to hotel is in awful condition and there are lots of negative reviews already written here but they are not doing anything for it which is surprising and disappointing as well. Make sure you park your vehicle downside especially if it's an sedan or hatchback. 6.They are serving pancake (nonveg) with maggi or pasta(veg) in a single food tray with partition. Not good for me as a pure vegetarian. It's a very basic practice to keep them away in a different food tray. Conclusion - It's a decent hotel with basic amenities and basic services. Do not expect 4star like service because it's barely 3star. If Breakfast and dinner is not the main part of your trip you can easily go with this one as it is very near to ashwem beach . Overall 6 out of 10 from me .

We enjoyed our stay at hotel. Good breakfast and dinner. We must take dinner options otherwise no dinner resturant available.

Overall, the stay was good, but there are quite a few areas that need improvement. The room and washroom were spacious, comfortable, and probably the best part of the stay. The hotel staff was friendly, but the staff seemed quite limited, which resulted in slow and poor room service. The hotel entrance is another concern. The approach road is quite narrow and has potholes, and since the hotel is located at a height, parking can be an issue. The parking area is small, so you may face difficulties if there are many vehicles or if you have a bigger car. If you park on the roadside, you’ll have to walk up to the hotel. Overall, we had a decent stay, but the experience could be much better if the hotel improves the approach road, parking arrangements, and room service.
