    First thing is there is no lift and hotel was on third floor and stairs was so complicated and we are stay 3nights But we are using only on small soap There is no hand wash There is not giving proper breakfast Staff The hotel does not care about customer satisfaction.

    Location wise it's walkable distance for Taj Palace and Gateway of India, Nearby good market, you can enjoy day night sea 30 min tour, Staffs are supportive but No lift for 3rd Floor hotel, so if you have heavy luggage then it will be difficult (can be solved if hotel displays their contact number outside with their hotel sign board for helping hand), For the Cleaniness old building may be issue but it can be improved with other regular facilities

    I have been to many diff places across mumbai , specially in the fab hotels across , but the experience they are providing its was much below my expectations. The room was veru basic in nature , evern washrooms are in terrible conditions . Please dont visit
