The major drawback is to climb two floors with heavy luggage and no facilities of lifts.

I’m a solo traveller
Got stayed here for 3 nights
The service was ok but what problems i faced is
1. No window in the room
The hotel staff said as you’ve booked a deluxe room ok i know it but how would someone breathe without an air??
2. I don’t know who was staying in the room me or the cockroaches and bedbugs i was really exhausted with it so much of cockroaches everywhere
3. Stinky pillows, torn bedsheets
Really not good a place for that much of price you paying
@hotelregalgate please look into it and maintain some hygiene place for others in future.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and reliable hot water in the bathroom. However, parking options are quite limited, and transport connections could be better. Cleanliness and staff service were average, and the facilities offered didn't fully meet expectations, though overall the stay provided decent value for the price. Another problem is cockroaches which is quite a nuisance.
