    Hotel is clean, on the main road near the local train station, and is in the market as well.

    Location is very good as it is near to mumbai central, marine drive and other places with local conveyance easily available. But, it is a congested area as located in centre of the market. Otherwise, hospitality is good.

    Due to online booking no one is interested to give proper service Hotel staff is not providing us complimentary single bottle of water , i have booked 2 rooms for 4 days through online platform Agoda. They are not even giving us soap or any of the bathroom kit any of the single day. However we are ok for extra charges we paid because of early check-in before 4 hours. Property is ok ok but due to online bookings they are treating us like we are staying here for free😡

    Rooms are congested. You can get smell of toilet . No parking facility . No drinking water provided. In Breakfast you get only tea /coffee.
