    I had booked Deluxe Queen bedroom and when I entered the room it was smelly with cigarette smell. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and had cigarette buds and old soap near the sink area. I had to call the reception to get it cleaned. The cigarette smell was there for 2 days. The bathroom door had knob missing. The bedsheets and quilt had stains and had asked them to change it. The room phone was not working. There were cockroaches coming out from the bathroom. The hot water pressure was very low. Also the first night I was in the bathroom, the water stopped and when called the reception, the water tank was empty and it took 30-40 minutes until I waited in that smelly bathroom. The breakfast dining hall was not working as well. The breakfast was served at the room and tea was cold. I had informed the reception to get the room cleaned as I was out in the morning, but until I came back it was not cleaned. I had to literally inform the reception that you are not doing your job properly. This hotel is not worth to stay paying per night 3.5k per night. Please look out for some other good hotels before you decide to stay and do not go on the pictures posted on the site. I would not recommend this hotel on a serious note.

    they quite good i’d say. just need to maintain facility more regularly. I’d definitely book in again.
