    The room size was decent, but the curtains were dirty. Linens was not clean. Pillows were torn. The restaurant food was not good. Moreover no menu is provided, so the rates are randomly charged. In my case, extra items were added which weren't ordered. Location of the resort is good since it is just 2 minutes away from Diveagar beach. Overall my experience on this resort was average. Not at all worth money.

    Poor Value for Money – Significant Hygiene & Maintenance Issues Rating: ⭐ / 5 I would strongly advise fellow travelers to avoid this hotel at its current price point. We booked multiple rooms for a family stay, and unfortunately, the issues were consistent across all of them. The Pros Location: The only saving grace is the proximity to the beach. If being seaside is your absolute priority and no other options are available, this might suffice. The Cons Hygiene Issues: We found numerous cockroaches in all three rooms we occupied. This is a clear sign of poor pest control and sanitation. Subpar Linen: The bedsheets were old and had a yellowish tint. Even after requesting a change, the replacements were in the same poor condition. Maintenance: Bathroom fittings are in disrepair, with persistent leakages across various rooms. Poor Food Quality: We tried the restaurant on our first night and were served food that was clearly not fresh. While the staff acknowledged this and offered a replacement, we didn't feel comfortable eating there for the remainder of our stay. Final Verdict The property feels like it is being run solely for cash flow with zero reinvestment into hospitality standards. The staff lacks the training required to maintain the property to acceptable levels. Avoid until a major renovation and management change occurs.
