    Booked this place looking at some good Google reviews. But we were highly disappointed. Good: 1. Location - Can visit nearby places easily if you have a personal vehicle. Beach is walkable distance from the property. 2. Relatively new construction so it appears cleaner (although it can do much better with deep cleaning, especially of bathrooms) 3. Food was not bad. They customised food for us on order. But there are also many places around that serve homestyle food (especially really good fish at Swad which is very close to the property; walkable) Bad: 1. They threatened us about booking cancellation because one of the two rooms were 'Pay at hotel' on Agoda. Very poor interaction with the person on the phone - used Google number because nobody bothered to answer the one mentioned on Agoda. 2. The AC would simply work at the same temperature, irrespective of what was visible on the display screen. (We were there in the month of July and it was very, very hot and humid.) 3. When there were power cuts, the staff simply said, "We didn't realise there was a power cut." Switched the generator/inverter on only when we complained. 4. Had to go to the ground floor each time we needed something, which was often. 5. Basic things were missing - door mats, toiletries, dustbin, towels (which they give ONLY one per room even if upto 6 people can stay in the 'Family' room! 6. They DENIED us drinking water of ANY KIND unless we paid 150% MRP on packaged drinking water!

    we have visited this place in May 2026 we booked this for 2 days , Property is good with Swimming pool, 10-15 min walk from Beach, enough parking space, Newly constructed properties Cons Bit overprices we have paid 7.5K/per day compare to the room facilities, AC needs servicing, took long time for cooling Breakfast has limited options No room service One of the surpricing thing happend wiht us was, when we arrived at property, they have, they were not aware about our booking, they assigned to room someone with offline booking, fortunatly they were having extra room, but if you booked online, make sure you call them and informed about the booking.
