Location was very good, 10 mins walking to beach. Cleaness and hygiene was OK OK could have been better. Food was good as compared to nearby considering holiday time. Overall you can give it a try not bad, but if your budget if better try other resorts.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The room is clean and freshly renovated. the overall ambience is safe and family friendly. Food is amazing. Swimming pool water need to be cleaned further.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially considering the condition of the rooms.
Let me start with the positives:
- The common area is quite nice, with games and a pleasant, green, nature-inspired ambience.
- The corridors leading to the rooms also have a nice ambience, with plenty of plants and greenery.
- The food is excellent - 5/5.
- The receptionist, Siddhi, was courteous and attentive. She listened to the problems we faced and tried to address them.
However, the room itself was extremely disappointing and poorly maintained.
There were insects such as lizards and cockroaches inside the room. Almost everything in the room - including the furniture, electronics, walls, and bathroom plumbing - appeared to be very old, poorly maintained, stained, damaged, or not functioning properly.
Some specific issues we experienced:
- Plaster was coming off the walls.
- The bathroom plumbing had visible stains and looked poorly maintained.
- The bathroom was not properly maintained and had an unpleasant, strange smell.
- One of the electrical boards was coming out of the wall.
- Some electrical sockets were not working.
- The bed was uncomfortable, with a very small and thin mattress.
Overall, while the property has a nice common area, good food, and some pleasant greenery, the condition and maintenance of the rooms are far below what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. The room experience significantly affected our stay, and for that reason, I would not recommend this hotel unless the rooms are properly renovated and maintained.
