    We were a group of four friends—two boys and two girls. The girls had booked one room, while the boys had separately booked another room. Since we were all friends traveling together, we wanted to spend the night together, talk, and have some fun. However, when the boys came to our room, the hotel staff informed us that they were not allowed to visit our room and that they would not permit it. We were quite surprised and disappointed by this restriction, especially since both rooms were legitimately booked by members of our group. We completely understand the importance of hotel rules, security, and guest policies, but these restrictions should be clearly communicated at the time of booking or check-in. The staff could have explained the policy politely and professionally rather than simply refusing to allow our friends to visit. Overall, this experience negatively affected our stay. We hope the hotel will improve its communication regarding guest policies and train staff to handle such situations in a more customer-friendly and respectful manner.
