On arrival I was told, the booking is for Non AC room. Asked to pay additional for AC. However, AC room was not available.

Hotel is at good locations n in south goa, but facilities was not good at all, I asked for extra blanket in which they said it will be changed and on complaining Agoda the property was not picking up the call in short Agoda was also of no use

worst room .The fan was not working properly. The windows had cheap curtains through which outsiders could easily see inside, making it very unsafe. The biggest issue was the bathroom, where there was only a curtain instead of a proper window, leaving it completely open. This could allow reptiles or insects to enter the room. The tab was broken and not cleaned. U hv to face problems for bath and all. The mirror was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and not worth staying in. One more problem is they won't help with anything if there is any issue in room. Don't waste money. Choose wisely.
