We really liked the place and communication with the team. Will definately come back next time we are in the region.

It is exceptional place, newly built, spacious, well equipped and perfectly located.

It felt a bit cold for our standards while the heating has been locked at 21C. No slippers were available and whole flat is covered in tiles. Heating pump that is installed in the yard is a bit noise especially if you sleep in the living room of flat Gate 1.

Filthy place and dreadful customer experience

Nothing like in the photos !!!!

We had a terrible time. The moment we entered the place a strong sticky smell struck us. Then we started checking out the place. As you can see in the pictures bellow: 1. Stained bed sheets 2. Hair everywhere 3. Eye contact lenses on the sofa 4. Mess on the floor We immediately called the property and they gave another room which shockingly was as dirty as the first one. After all this we have decided to find another place. No money back and the host did not answer the phone afterwards.

Excellent appartment outside of Basel

Everything is more than perfect. We booked the 2-bedroom apartment, it is stylish, modern and overcomplete. The kitchen is with full facilities, everything what you need is available, oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablet, detergent capsule. The airconditioning is powerful enough to cool down the entire apartment even in extreme hot temperatures (34 degrees). Bed is also comfy, we have a sound sleep. Car parking spot, baby crib is also under request. 5 min drive to shopping center for groceries, book & toys, pastries, clothing and pharmacy. It is about 15 mins drive from Basel Airport (swiss side) and 5 mins drive from France side. We booked another night for our early flight

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fantastic host.

The property (no.4) is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. We travelled as a party of 3- 1 adult and child and 1 adult friend. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. We had separate bedrooms with a beautiful bathroom and an extra separate toilet. The apartment feels very safe with easy access codes. The balcony is spacious and the area is very quiet. The host is very responsive and accommodated our very early arrival by allowing us to drop off our bags until the apartment was ready. I would highly recommend this property. There is a local Lidl, shopping mall and restaurants (all walking distance) and transport in and out of Basel was easy. Arriving at Basel airport and exiting on the French side was easy and we had no issues going in or out of Switzerland. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating.

We were party of two adults and two teenagers.We only spent one night there but would have been more than happy to stay longer everything was spot on great communication from agent. Was a beautifull house.As we had early morning flight taxi for four people at 4am cost €20 to the airport

A wonderful stopover.

Beautiful apartment and well thought out for travelers. Good location off the main highway. It was very clean. Had 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A beautiful sitting area and wonderful kitchen. The outside balcony was large and private. We had good communication with the host. It was easy to get into with codes. We will definitely return if we are in the area again. The washer was appreciated!

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes de l'aéroport. Nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d'etre surclassé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L'appartement est magnifique et vaste, très bien équipé, lumineux et une déco de très bon gout. Literie très confortable et belle salle de bain. Il est rare de trouver un appartement de cette qualité proche de l'aéroport . Excellente communication avec les propriétaires.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team. Die Unterkunft war außerordentlich sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Die Betreuung vor Ort war bei Fragen superschnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation über den Chat war ungewöhnlich schnell, klar und lösungsorientiert. Probleme wurden sofort und professionell gelöst – auf Augenhöhe und transparent. Wir waren jederzeit über alles informiert. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr nett, herzlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein rundum professioneller, angenehmer Aufenthalt. Klare Empfehlung.

Jammer dat we er maar 1 dag hebben verbleven

Het was een zeer mooi en goed uitgerust appartement in een rustige buurt. Het ontbreekt er aan niets.

Het contact met het bedrijf dat het exploiteert is wat klinisch maar wel effectief. De uitcheck tijd is 10.00u en dat had iets later mogen zijn.

Het is een fijn en groot verblijf met een mooie leefkeuken die van alle gemakken voorzien is.

Het was ruim, schoon, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Enige kleine minpunt is dat als je met twee auto’s bent als groot gezin dat je niet met beide auto’s bij de accommodatie kan parkeren. Verder kan ik niets benoemen.

Fantastisch!

Wij verbleven hier op doorreis vanuit het zuiden. Wat een heerlijke plek om even bij te komen van een lange autorit. Het appartement is heel mooi ingericht en van alles voorzien! Schoon, ruim, zeer complete keuken, heerlijke douche, fijne bedden. Je zou er ook prima voor een langere periode kunnen vertoeven. Inchecken en contact met de host is digitaal maar prettig. Wij verbleven hier met een kinderen en ook daar was het appartement op toegerust: kinderstoel, kinderbedje, kinderservies, etc. was aanwezig.

L’appartement est moderne et décoré avec soins. L’entrée de l’immeuble est propre. Tout est récent. C’est vraiment à proximité immédiate de l’aéroport ! De l’eau était à disposition. La salle de bain et les équipements étaient très propres
