    The self check in kiosks did not work. The laundry app did not work and we gave up trying to get the restaurant menu in English. We wasted hours trying to do the most basic things. Thankfully the over run staff did their best but the supporting software really let them done. If it wasn’t for the staff’s intervention we would have left. The organisation needs to do better, leaving staff to sort out such a mess is so unreasonable. There were so many other customers having similar issues at the same time. Thank you to the staff who really stepped up and did their best to make things right. So unreasonable for an organisation to make their staff endure such a clunky not ready for service platform

    The room fits for 4 adults. We only stayed for a night. The toilet at shower side has a weird smell. I think is drainage not properly done. Location is super good. Breakfast is wonderful

    Our booked room was not yet available when we checked in, but the receptionist was kind enough to accommodate us on another room at the first floor. We were expecting to be transferred to our designated room when it was ready, but we were just made to stay in the room at the first floor. The room was generally good, but here are some points for improvement - 1. Kindly PROVIDE A COMPLETE SET OF CURTAINS TO COVER THE WINDOWS FOR PRIVACY - the room lacks 1 panel of curtain to cover the windows at night (specifically for rooms located on the first floor) 2. If possible, HAVE THE CEILING FINISHED OR PAINTED, so that a better view can be enjoyed by the guests when they lay down in bed at night
