I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit and had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were excellent and met all my expectations. I would be delighted to return for future travels. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a metro station right outside the entrance and a supermarket on the ground floor, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel is very new, and the room was spacious, spotless, and well-designed, with a comfortable reading chair. It also had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a kettle, and complimentary coffee. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended!

great place to stay on the outreach of munich, easy access to everything that you need wether by car or as recommendation by train

+ proximity to public transport + new hotel - no ventilation at the second level of duplexes which makes it very hard to sleep - non-existent sound isolation, all night doors slamming - A/C works really bad, but you can't open windows as there is noise outside from train station, people standing outside, etc. - hippy self-service masking cheap and non-existent service (like cleaning every 5 days). You can get much better service albeit with more traditional design elsewhere in the area.
