The apartment was super cute and cozy. It was super clean and decorated really well. It came stocked with what we needed dinnerware wise.
Unfortunately there were a few issues with our stay.
The biggest issue we had was the pool access. Upon check in I was told there was a key to the pool on the counter but there wasn’t a key. I contacted the host the first evening I was there (Thursday) and did not hear back from her until Friday and was informed she would drop the key off Saturday morning. On Saturday around 1630 she called to tell me she left a key at the leasing office but that close at 1700 and that they were closed the next day. I wasn’t able to make it to the leasing office in time so the host did coordinate with the leasing office to have them bring the key to me so for that i was grateful. That said… the key provided does not work for the pool. The whole reason we booked this listing was for the pool access that we weren’t able to use until the last day and we were only even able to use it because another tenant let us in).
The listing noted that it sleeps 4, but aside from the bedding in the one bedroom there were only 2 small throw blankets. I just would have expected another large blanket. These throws could barely cover a 10 year old. There were also only 2 bath towels despite me noting three guests.
