The house was nice and in a good central location to everything.

After starting our roadtrip it looked like we were going to arrive before check in so I messaged the property management team if it was possible to check in a little early with no response. My husband ended up calling to check, someone told him he would check with the cleaning crew and let us know and we never got a response. I also received multiple automated welcome messages before arrival(which is fine ) but it supposedly had a link for all the house rules and wifi, etc. however booking.com removes that link so I was never able to get that information. We again called the property manager asking for the wifi password and was told he would message it to us. We waited nearly an hour with still no response and messaged them and needed up having to call again and wait another 30 min. I had my Parents from out of country so their phones won’t work without the wifi. The next day I messaged as well just to let them know about the bed. Overall the stay was nice but not great if you book through here and need assistance. The team may be more responsive through AirBnB but not responsive at all through booking.com.
