CAMBO, C206: In a recent residence with a swimming pool*, close to the thermal baths (1.2 km), comfortable one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (three flights of stairs: 12 + 8 + 15). Living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen (with mini-oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and coffee maker). The bedroom offers a double bed (140 cm), a three-door closet, and a desk.
1 bathroom (bathtub + sink), separate toilet. East-facing terrace equipped with a garden table and four chairs. Private parking.
Small pets permitted, limited to one. Smoking outside. WIFI INTERNET ACCESS
*Pool open in July and August only. All decisions regarding the pool are the responsibility of the condominium manager. Therefore, no discount will be granted if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible. Bed linen and towels are not provided (fee-based service available upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a fee-based cleaning service is available).
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants' departure.

Optional services to be paid for on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/set per person/one week: €5.
- End of stay cleaning for one-bedroom apartment: €55.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
