Main room with kitchen (equipment and dishes for 2 people) and living area - TV - sofa (not a sofa bed) - Bathroom - Separate WC - Bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and wardrobe - Terrace - WIFI - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking outside only - Parking space
No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles - Do not plug in appliances in the accommodation - SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) - Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order - If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out - Security deposit will be canceled or returned after receipt of the keys. Smoking outside only. *Swimming pool open in July and August only. All decisions concerning the swimming pool are made by the condominium association.
