About this apartment rental
On the 1st floor (no elevator) of a residence with swimming pool*. Main room with sofa bed - TV - Kitchen area (equipment and dishes for 2 people) - Bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - Bathroom with toilet - Balcony - No internet access - Pets allowed (1 maximum) - Smoking outside only - Parking space
No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in appliances in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, with the security deposit returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys. *Swimming pool open in July and August only. All decisions concerning the swimming pool are made by the condominium association. Therefore, no refund will be given if the swimming pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.
Amenities Optional extras payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
