Welcome to our spacious and cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat, perfect for families and pet lovers alike! Nestled in a quiet, West Sedona neighborhood, this home comfortably sleeps 7 guests with a king bed master, king guest room and kids room with a full/twin bunk bed & single twin bed and offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. The well-appointed bedrooms provide restful spaces, while the open-concept living / kitchen area is perfect for gatherings.
The downstairs living room is perfect for movie night or watching the big game as it offers our guests an 86" flatscreen TV with surround sound. There is also a spacious dedicated work station were those working remotely can catch up on emails and enjoy over 100mbps internet connectivity.
Step outside to the inviting patio, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the surroundings. The home is ideally located, just a stone's throw from Posse Ground Park, offering plenty of recreational activities and scenic hiking trails. Plus, you're minutes away from a variety of local restaurants, making dining out a breeze.

We won't be available in person but we have a fantastic local to Sedona property management company who will assist with whatever you need during your stay with us. We do prefer that communication is done via the messenger unless it is an absolute emergency in which case you can reach them directly by phone or text.

We want to let our guests know that this home was our personal residence for five wonderful years and still acts as a secondary home. As such, it's not perfect and carries some personal touches and lived-in charm. Our three small children loved art as you may notice in very conspicuous places around the house. I can assure you that this home is professionally cleaned between each guest but we simply wanted you to know the back story and that it has what we like to call...character! If you're looking for a pristine, immaculate space, or otherwise perfect space, this might not be the best fit for you. However, if you appreciate a clean, cozy, family-friendly atmosphere with a bit of character, we think you'll feel right at home here at Forever and Always!
We are less than a 5 minute walk to Posse Ground park which hosts some of Sedona's best annual events such as Sedona Wine Fest and the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival.

This home was the perfect place to stay during my visit to Sedona. I was greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket upon arrival, which set a warm and inviting tone for the stay. The living room offers a stunning view of the Red Rocks, and the fenced backyard provided peace of mind when letting my dogs outside.The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. The fireplaces worked well and kept the home comfortably warm. The downstairs living area felt like a cozy, private theater, and the gym room was an excellent added convenience.Communication with the owner, Jared, was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect place to stay in Sedona! Home is conveniently located near hiking trails, train excursions, spas, shopping and great restaurants. It is very spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing, fun get away. We will be back!!

The property was just as described and depicted in photos - very clean and comfortable. The check-in process and communication with the host was very easy. The location was the best feature for us -- walking distance to Sugarloaf trail and Posse Grounds park (with trailhead shuttle), and close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants without having to deal with the Uptown traffic.
