The property itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and beautifully remodeled. The location was great.That said, there were a few things future guests may want to be aware of. Although the delay was short, we were unable to access the property at our scheduled check-in time because the cleaning crew was still finishing. In addition, the following morning, we were surprised by service personnel working on the hot tub/cold plunge area in the backyard while we were preparing to use the sauna. We had not been notified in advance, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The owner said this was disclosed in the rental agreement, but I don't see it.If traveling with a dog, note that the grassy front yard is not enclosed. The fenced backyard is secure, but it is entirely rock landscaping and sits very close to the neighboring bungalow.Inside, the frosted kitchen windows made the space feel closed in for us, though we understand they are there to protect the privacy from the adjacent unit. The layout is also somewhat unconventional. The only access to the backyard is through one of the very small bedrooms; only one bedroom has a closet, and overall, storage is limited if traveling with family. Both bathrooms are on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom, and the secondary bathroom's shower is outside the home.Overall, the property has many appealing features, but the layout, delayed access and lack of communication impacted our stay.

This place was awesome. We stayed here (family of five) for two nights. First time to Sedona and I was glad in hindsight that we were not right downtown as it is VERY touristy. The house is right by a Whole Foods and a short drive to many of the trail heads. By Sedona standards, it is very central, yet very quiet. The house itself was cozy and was a good size for us. Everything was new and clean. The yard is what makes this place great. Front yard is turfed and had games. Our family had some good corn hole matches. The back yard is awesome. The owners have invested a lot by putting in a great sauna and a cold/hot tub combo, both of which are very high quality. The yard is big and has a fire pit as well. Great place to hang out and view the stars. There was also an outdoor shower, which was nice. Finally, the owners communicated very well and responded to email/text rapidly. Would stay here again for a return to Sedona.

The bungalow was so adorable! It was well appointed and had everything our family needed. We spent three nights with our family and two dogs. The beds were very comfortable as well. The home couldn’t have been in a better location. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
