About this house rental
Do Sedona right- get those colorful red rock vibes in this groovy 2150 sf home. D & D welcome you to this remodeled kitchen & bathroom home with upscale finishes. The 2 ensuite bedrooms are generously sized, one with the king bed and the other with two queen beds. There is additional sleeping on a fold down futon in the king bedroom , chaise lounge in the double queen bedroom, and large couch in the living room. Please note that there will be an extra charge for additional guests over 4.
Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on the Trex deck with a couch, lounger, outdoor fireplace, and grill. Bonus- a charming gazebo with views of Thunder Mountain and a new 8 person HOT TUB! This location provides a rare combination of serenity & easy access (even walkable) to 3 groceries stores, Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, trailheads, and only 2 miles from the airport. Also close to the famous Oak Creek Canyon, Cathedral Rock and the spectacular Sunset Point.
Can`t leave your fur baby behind? Bring them with you- we love dogs!
Up to 2 well behaved dogs only are allowed for a pet fee of $50 per dog per night($200 minimum) and an additional deposit of $200 per dog per stay. All pets MUST be pre-approved and pet fees pre-paid. The pet fee that is charged with booking is only the minimum pet fee. The full pet fee will be charged after you book depending on number of pets and length of stay.

Property was exactly as advertised in the photos. We loved the vibe! They have some dress up items for kids (or adults ), games, puzzles and it felt like we found something fun and unique everywhere we looked. We had a minor inconvenience where we had to reach out to the owner who was very quick to respond to us. Great central location to all things Sedona! 10/10 would recommend!

We loved this house! Perfect amount of space for us. Quiet neighborhood, great location! Communication with host 10/10 - she was wonderful to work with. Kitchen well stocked. We didn't use the hot tub but it was working and as described. We used the grill which was great to have.
