About this apartment rental
Room with ocean view inside the All Ritmo condo-hotel.
Services at no extra cost: Wifi and Smart-TV in the room, private beach in the condo, lounge chairs, gym, two pools (one with music and bar and the other quiet), jacuzzis, secure parking.
Services with extra cost: Breakfast, lunch or dinner, bar, all-inclusive package to add to your stay, amusement park.
It is a complete, private study. It is located in front of the sea, inside a hotel that gives you the possibility to make your stay all-inclusive with an additional cost.
You will have the study to yourselves, with:
✔ Two double beds
✔ A sofa bed
✔ 1 full bathroom
✔ Equipped kitchen
✔ Dining room
✔ Balcony with sea view
✔ Air conditioning
✔ Pool with bar
✔ Wifi (Good for home office)
✔ TV (Smart TV)
✔ 1 parking space
✔ Includes: Sheets and pool and bath towels (One per person per stay)
Does not include daily cleaning or change of sheets or towels.
Despite being inside the hotel, this accommodation is private. Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).
Regarding furniture: Due to inventory limitations and to ensure a smooth flow of guests, please note that the use of lounge chairs and other furniture in the pool and deck area is not guaranteed or included in your reservation.
RULES:
✘ Extra guests or visitors are not allowed.
✘ Parties are not allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
✘ Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ Towels are not allowed to be used to clean or remove makeup or dye their hair.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the WC.
✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✘ The pool cannot be used in casual clothing and a bathing suit is mandatory. Please respect the pool hours.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
✘ Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage outside the apartment.
✘ Pets are not accepted.
✘ No smoking inside the property.
✘ Do not consume illegal substances.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️ Please let us know if you see any water leaks.
✔️ Respect security personnel and neighbors.
For each rule that is not followed, up to a $200 usd penalty can be charged

Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
Help us take care of the environment and keep our prices.
Bracelets cost $5 US each.
Additional hotel services are purchased in the lobby.
