Covered swimming pool heated to 29 degrees (from May to September; possibility of heating at other times with supplement) with bioclimatic pergola (30m²) which allows you to enjoy the outdoors at all times.

A camera Video surveillance is installed at the entrance of the property.
It allows you to check compliance with the number of occupants stipulated at the time of booking.
Any additional people (or pets) not declared will be charged extra.
Exterior visits will be requested on an exceptional basis.
The house must be returned in the same condition as on arrival.
For the swimming pool, a person will come to do maintenance 1 or 2 times depending on the duration of the Stay.
For short-term (weekend) rentals, it is possible to have a late check-out (if the house is not rented afterwards) for an additional fee.
