Large dream house with 8 rooms for business travelers or families in an absolute top location near Munich (direct S-Bahn connection, free parking in front of the door).
15 min. to Munich main station,
18 min. to Munich center.
12 min. to the Oktoberfest.

The house is fully equipped and is located in a noble, quiet and very safe residential area near Munich with many green areas and parks. In the garden there is a large BBQ grill, lounge furniture, whirlpool, trampoline, table tennis table, (optional: water slide).
Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn, playgrounds, post office/kiosk, city park, etc. are 5 minutes away on foot.
For business travelers we offer 2 office rooms for video conferencing, fast internet, printer.

Christian met us for check in and gave us a tour of the place and all the information we could have needed. He has also printed out information regarding the area, restaurants, things to do, and Oktoberfest information. Both his and Sarah's communication throughout our booking and stay was amazing. Would recommend to absolutely anyone who is interested in this area!

The house is updated and modern and fitted very well for groups and families! Sarah and Christian were very communicative and welcomed us at the house to show us everything. Our son particularly enjoyed the racecar bed and toy room! The location is also very close to the train station, which made our stay even easier. We felt very welcome and would love to stay here again!
