The host was responsive and friendly. The property was nice and located near to a lot of amenities so it was easy to get what we needed for our stay. I stayed in the master bedroom upstairs and it was all pretty good. The bed could've been better, it has obviously been in service for many years. The shower's water pressure was pretty sad also, but all in all we were comfortable and the place suited our needs well. The cupboards were stocked with good kitchenware and it was a nice touch to see some snacks and bottled water were provided for our stay too.

Good experience. They had a couple issues from past guests but communication with the host was excellent and overall the place was nice. I do need to remember that the word “townhouse” means lots of steps :) The location is definitely excellent… seemed like 10 minutes or less to Disney. Good for pets.

After attending the Gaylord Palms ICE, we were all looking forward to some rest and relxation. As soon as we arrived it felt like home! Our family couldn't stop saying how much they loved it here. There was a battery issue with the fire alarm there was someone out there within minutes. I would definitely recommend staying here!!
