I rented the property for a short stay, it was suppose to be a group of 13, according to the listing, we would’ve all fit. We ended up just being 10, and unfortunately we didn’t have space for all 10 of us, imagine if we would’ve been 13. At first, the security at the gate did not know about us staying there, then the number at the lock box was not working, luckily for the ring camera, owner saw us and gave us the right code, which was different from the email. We didn’t have hot water. Bathrooms were not equipped with proper amount of towels for all of us. And one of the bathrooms the shower would turn off once the knob was turned to the hot water. Being it was kind of late we were able to talk to the owner, and explained to us how to turn of the water heater, from the overall experience I can tell the property is being managed by a property manager and not it’s owners, I suggest they communicate better, for this not to happen in the future. People should be coming to stay somewhere comfortable and they need to verify their listing, and be honest about their rooms and hot water.
