★ Pet-Friendly: Dogs welcome with prior approval ($35 per pet, per stay).
HOUSE RULES
★ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home; a $1,000 fee applies for violations.
★ No Parties/Events: Respect our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
★ Maximum Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests listed on your reservation.
