Above San Lorenzo al Mare 2 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Imperia, 20 km from the centre of San Remo, in an elevated position on a slope, traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. 50 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop 6.9 km, railway station "Imperia /Oneglio" 15 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 3 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
