Private Entrance. You have easy access to the entire home including the yard.
There is a relatively steep and narrow long driveway from the street that leads up to the garage and house.
There is a MAXIMUM LIMIT of 3 CARS per reservation. Please do not block the driveway entry at the street or the top by the garage. There are free street parking.
The host team will be available via phone or messaging app on Airbnb to help the guests throughout their stay. Our friendly ground-keepers will be on the property (out of your way) as necessary to maintain the exterior...please say hi and ask them for help also.
Only DISCLOSED numbers of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional short-term renters that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors who are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
Daytime guests are limited to 4 maximum.
REFRAIN FROM USING EXTERIOR DECK ACCESS AFTER 9 PM as noise travels super easily and far in this quiet neighborhood with sensitive primarily homeowner neighbors. We NEED to keep a good-standing relationship with our surrounding neighbors.
Maintain quiet hours from 9 PM-8 AM (strictly enforced per Municipal noise code). No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. Loud noises and parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Please take off your shoes before going indoors, and we ask the guests to bring their own slippers to walk around inside and on the decks.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We don't allow early check-in or late check-out as we have a large property and cleaners would need sufficient time to clean thoroughly in between guest groups.
NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME! This will result in a $1,000 or more fine, payable via the Resolution Center.
Swim at your own risk. We assume no liability for your use of the pool, hot tub or indoor sauna.
Do not tamper with the surveillance system or noise detection devices. Tampering will result in a $500 fine. We have EXTERIOR cameras around the house for security purpose only. Please be aware there is one camera pointing towards the upper deck edge guardrail for safety and liability protection. We have indoor and outdoor noise detection devices.
Turn off all lights, AC/heater, and gas & lock all doors when away.
NO DOGS OR PETS (no exceptions), including service and assistance animals, are allowed on the property at any time, since this would create a health and safety hazard for the owners who have severe allergies.
Standard Amenity Availability Disclaimer:
While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.
In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.
