About this house rental

Cosy, comfortable villa "La Dolce Vita". In the district of Santa Reparata 4 km from the centre of Santa Teresa di Gallura, 1.2 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 3 m, depth 20 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, barbecue. In the house: roof terrace. 30 m long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at 60 m. Shop 1 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Santa Reparata" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Palau 28 km, Porto Cervo 57 km. Please note: car recommended. Hydromassage (unheated water - room temperature) from 01.04. until 31.10.
4-room villa 150 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). Terrace roofed, large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
