Small resort "Holiday Village". 20 houses in the resort. In the district of Lignano-Sabbiadoro 1.4 km from the centre of Sabbiadoro, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, in the residential district, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (15 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Children's pool, terrace. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Grocery, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 20 km, sandy beach 1 km, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km.
