Seaview, beach closeness, checkin/checkout easiness, free parking, central location.

No toilet paper, no dish washer brush or sponge or fluid. (otherwise fully equipped kitchen) Would be nice to note these in the details somewhere, not only that you need to bring your own towels.

We enjoyed our Holiday a lot here. The sea view apartment is just perfect, absolutely excellent located (few metres from the beach, 3 mins walking from centre, 5 mins to supermarket), fully and well equiped. Communication with Marco is great too, he is very keen and helpful. Parking included is a great benefit. We just liked everything and will definitely come back.

We were really satisfied with the apartment. Apartments are two minutes from the beach, and we were on the 8th floor and the view was amaizing. Marco was very willing and kind, everything was fine, I really recomend it☺️

Best location, very close to the sea (could not be closer). We had apartment with balcony and seaview (Sun shines there in the morning but with window roller blind it is not problem if you want to sleep longer, afternoon there is nice shade so you can sit on the balcony).

There could be reception or access code for entrance door and for apartment could be provided to guests so it would not be necessary to take keys all the time while go swimming etc. But understand there are some cost and security issues with that.

one of the best locations to stay in Lignano

The location is great, the staff is extremely friendly, and overall, the appartment is extremely good value for money. The luna market is within 3min walking distance to buy basic supplies, and the restaurant is a good place to be with kids. We will surely come back! Any time again!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful room with garden view from the balcony (8th floor). Very quiet. Good location. Supermarket close by. Parking on the premises. We will gladly return again to this apartment.

There was no water boiler in the kitchen but since we always have a small one with us, it was no problem and we did not ask for one. A possible improvement would be a radiator or other heater in the bathroom. Since we were told the bathrooms will be renovated, this could then easily be added.

The apartment is very well located and the view is a dream :) Marco and also the lovely ladies at reception are very helpful and accommodating. The facility is very clean and the rooms were also handed over clean. We had flat number 78 and it is super suitable for 4 people. One suggestion for improvement: as there is no window in the bathroom, ventilation would be an advantage ;) But we will definitely come again, because the price-performance ratio is TOP!!!!

Fantastic apartment to recommend for a wunderful stay with a sensationel seaview!

The apartment is wunderful. We fell immediatelay in love with the modern style and the fantastic seaview from the 8th floor. The service was so nice and helpful and we had good luck for a later checkout. was no problem to ask for it if it is free. It is well equiped to cook something or enjoy breakfast at the balcony. free parking is included, if not directly at the apartement, then there is a parking place not so far away and easily to reach and via vencia is quite near with a lot of shops, and reastaurent. We would book it definitely again. thanks to the staff behind!

Everything was great! Upon arrival, Marco was already waiting for us in front of the parking lot and handed us all the information. He was there if we needed additional information and very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Really great host!

Schönes Apartment mit guter Ausststattung!

Das Apartment war wie beschrieben mit Blick zur Gartenseite. Anfangs haben wir uns geärgert, dass wir nicht ein anderes Apartment auf der anderen Seite mit Seeblick gebucht haben. Allerdings wäre dort ab morgens volle Sonne und hätte das Apartment zuätzlich aufgeheizt (wir hatten im August weit über 30 Grad). Daher waren wir mit der Gartenseite sehr zu frieden. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos per Schlüssel-Safe, auch waren alle Informationen vorab vom Verwalter sehr hilfreich und umfangreich. Ein Problem mit der Warmwasser-Versorgung wurde unverzüglich behoben. Positiv zu erwähnen ist außerdem, dass die Schlafcouch unerwartet bequem war! Parkplatz war vor unserem Balkon auf dem Hof.

Velký, čistý,velmi dobře vybavený apartmán, 1balkón a 1"obr" balkón, kde byla i 4 lehátka na pláž. Z obou balkonů je krásný výhled na moře. Pláž (i neplacená) je přímo před hotelem. Obchod je v blízkosti hotelu.

Absolut perfekte Lage. Das Appartement macht einen angenehmen Eindruck. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Appartements in Lignano ist dieses wirklich Top im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Uns persönlich hat der Wasserkocher gefehlt. Bei der voll ausgestatteten Küche erwartet man das irgendwie…Aber okay. Ist natürlich kein Manko!

Super Lage, sehr freundlicher Austausch mit Host - durften sogar Late-Check out machen da die Unterkunft am nächsten Tag nicht besetzt war.

Top Lage

-Lage ist super, nur über die Straße, dann ist man am Strand und ca. 5 min. zufuß, dann ist man in der Fußgängerzone. -Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden, wenn auch etwas eng/klein -dadurch, dass viele Familien diese Unterkunft buchen, ist es ab ca. 9 Uhr still im Haus. -Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. -Viele Läden, Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung.

-sehr hellhörig -Türen kann man leider nur laut schließen. -Unser Appartment war sehr klein, für vier Personen, hier muss man bei der Buchung ganz genau lesen. -Sauberkeit ist ok. (Wir hatten leider dreckige Bettlaken, obwohl diese sauber verpackt waren.)

Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer

Super tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Man hat auf dem kleinen netten Balkon direkten Blick aufs Meer. Hier kann man gleich am Morgen seinen Kaffee schön genießen oder am Abend noch ein Glas Wein trinken und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Privater Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft.

Leider waren weder Handtücher noch Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel vorhanden. Wenn man dies weiß, muss man sich diese Dinge selbst mitnehmen. Klopapier war auch nur eine Rolle im Appartement, also hier auch selbst etwas organisieren.

Breve soggiorno a Lignano

La posizione è ottima, molto vicina alla spiaggia e al tempo stesso alla zona centrale con negozi e ristoranti. Il fatto di poter contare su un posto auto in parcheggio molto vicino è un valore aggiunto, soprattutto in alta stagione. Il nostro alloggio aveva una bella vista con balconcino sulla laguna.

Nel prezzo, a nostro parere, dovrebbero essere inclusi servizi di cortesia minimi, come l'asciugacapelli, il sapone per mani e il kit detersivo/spugne per la pulizia della cucina e delle stoviglie.
