Exceptional

As you can see from map, location is near the sea and also near the main Lignano pedestrian zone which starts right behind the roundabout. There was a very big balcony/terrace at our apartment where we used to have a breakfast or dinner. You can see/hear the night life because of the location. At nights we closed all windows anyway because of the air conditioning so there was no noise from outside anyway. Parking lots are at the property under roof (so there is no pine resin on your car after a week which is quite common when you park under the pines at Lignano) but narrow for a big/wide car (it will probably take you some time to park if you have a big car). Property is owned by Bivi family who's members are also living at the same building. We were in contact with a nice lady Francesca who showed us the flat and explained everything. There are also 2 washing machines on the ground floor which you can use for free.

There was nothing we did not like. The accommodation was more than we expected, we had a big living room with kitchen and separate bedroom and very big balcony/terrace. There is noise from street because location is near the main pedestrian zone, there is nigh life there, so you have to count with that. But at night it is not a problem because you close widows anyway because of the air condition.

Great apartment house with a good location

We asked for an earlier check-in possibility and Francesca (our host) waited for us on the agreed time as well. The apartment was nice and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. She suggested some restaurants, playgrounds for the children (Parco Junior), bike rentals, etc. so you won't be bored during your stay. The accomodation was close to the beach (we booked umbrella earlier online at Beach office 10) and near to the shopping street and the SPAR. Our flat was quiet with view to the backyard. The parking lot is closed, you don't have to worry about your car. We suggest Casa Bivi for everyone!

Nice, clean, good equipped and furnished appartment. Excellent location. Kind and helpful host.

Francesca as our host was awaiting us on agreed timeslot, so we met up directly at Casa Bivi. She welcome us, run quickly the paperwork, show us the building, parking etc. and gave us some tips for our stay. So was smooth. It was as well possible to arrange earlier check-in or car parking and later car pickup at departure. Casa Bivi has excellent location, means close to everywhere - close to the beach (beach office nr. 10), close to the shop (Interspar), close to the local fresh fish-shop (Friulpesca) and of course few steps to the evening entertainment - the city centre with the restaurants and shops. The house and the accomodation is nice and clean, which is always important to us to feel comfortable.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und sehr freundliche Besitzer, die bei allem helfen können. Die Wohnung ist sauber und verfügt über einen Balkon. Es gibt alles für ein angenehmes Leben. Wir sind zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen.

Il punto strategico della struttura è veramente l’ideale sei al centro di Lignano Sabbiadoro la Florida Italiana. La signora Francesca è suo marito ci hanno accolto come se fossimo amici di una vita, una bottiglia di spumante ha reso il tutto più frizzante ☺️. Ci ricorderemo per sempre questo incontro, grazie CASA BIVI❤️

Toller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert! Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt , aber dennoch nah an Restaurants, Supermärkten und öffentlichen . Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – der Check-in verlief reibungslos und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
