Good location, quiet and clean and just a 10 to 15 minute walk to supermarket, restaurants etc

It was dark inside as it was on the ground floor and opening blinds put you in full view. It’s also a big process of unnecessary forms, emails and communication before arriving, and if you wish to reduce your check in time you must pay $35 for it, plus a $200 deductible security deposit (after you have paid for the property) or a $35 non deductible fee, which is a lot to put on someone after they have already paid. This didn’t feel very hospitable.

Check in was a difficult process. Links didn’t work so the host had to text them over. Click a link to register and then download an app to get in to the garage and another link for parking. Too complicated to look at so many different places for info.

Le checking est un cauchemar

La ubicacion estaba cerca de donde necesitaba estar. El anfitrion responde rapido y amablemente.

No era como la foto. Detalles importantes, limpieza general OK, deben eliminar alfombras del todo y si van a tenerlas, deep clean urge, al igual que el sofa. detalles como esponjas de lavar deben ser nuevas, por ejemplo. Para entrar hay que atravesar el pasillo del cuarto de basura (cucarachas, moscas y olor cada vez que entramos). entiendo se puede entrar por fuera, pero hay que hacer una vuelta larga. desde estacionamientos es por ahi lo mas sencillo. Diariamente hay que entrar al app de parking a renovar permiso (es engorroso). Pedi para 3, el sofa cama tenia un letrero de "Dañado". Si proporcionaron un Aerobed, pero no era la idea y dormir en el piso tampoco. Cabe resaltar que tienen varias unidades, no se si el resto sean asi tambien.
