Both artfully designed bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable mattresses, sheets, and duvets. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet — and an en-suite bathroom with reclaimed tile from France and dual showerheads. The main bathroom includes a deep tub, custom tile, and designer fixtures.
The larger bedroom has a King-sized bed and the second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed.
CHEFS KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features a custom plaster vent hood, stainless steel appliances (including a Sub-zero fridge with automatic ice maker), french press coffee maker, toaster, blender, garbage disposal, dishes etc. The kitchen is open to the living room — so you can cook along as you watch the Food Network — or enjoy the beautiful view through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Saving the best for last — take your dinner and a glass of wine to the private rooftop patio. The highest vantage spot in the neighborhood allows for magnificent sunset and treetop views! Just after dusk you can look to the sky and watch the famous Austin bats make their nightly debut!

We spent five nights here with family and had a really nice stay. We walked several times to South Congress and took walks in the local park near the house. The rooftop patio would be a lovely hangout in Spring, Summer or Fall but it was a little too cold for us to use it on this trip. The home is stylishly designed and furnished and is well equipped to do some cooking. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay in Austin in this property. It is very nicely designed for efficiency. The unit is equipped with high-end appliances which are a real treat. Restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away and run the gamut of tastes. My thanks to the owners for very quick responses to a few questions I had before arriving.
