Studio Paris 7e Tour Eiffel

The location is excellent! Quiet and safe street. The bed is comfortable and provides lots of space around the studio. Everything you could need is provided and the host was always available!

The carpet was quite stained and could be replaced. Not the end of the world, but could make it feel cleaner than already was.

Falta de mantenimiento de algunas cuestiones como por ejemplo la puerta de entrada. Tenía roto la manilla!

Superb location.

Basic facilities- no sofa or TV. Shower was in a cupboard under the stairs.

The location was excellent but that was about the only thing that looked like the value of this location

Well, first of all the toilet is not inside the studio, you have to step outside the room, take a 10 step walk to get into the toilet. The shower is however in the room. The bed is up the stair case as you can see in the pictures. So imagine you have to come down the stairs, step outside to pee before returning and climbing some noisy squeaky stairs to regain your bed Secondly the mattress, which is actually the bed, is in an upstairs elevation, and there is no available socket. When i requested for a fan and it was brought, there was no where to connect it upstairs, so i just carried the mattress downstairs and dropped it on the rug because that was where the fan could be connected The bathroom is minimalistic, the rest is just as it is.
