Tiny room, small bath room.

The location is wonderful, the apartment is very well equipped and had everything you may need. It is walking distance to the metro (5 minutes top) and the Eiffel tower (about 10)which is amazing. It has a nice shower and pretty spacious room especially for paris. Which is known for small rooms. This is a pretty nice apartment. It was perfect for a couple, it felt pretty locally and not very touristy and crowded unlike other touristy locations, also felt safe walking the street, and good restaurants and cafes near the apartment. The location might seem far from every other attraction but the metro is very easy and very near. Also the apartment is on ground floor which is amazing becuase we had a lot of luggage. There is multiple grocery stores around and it was super helpful. There is a mini fridge and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment felt nice without turning on heating or ac, when needed we opened the window near the door and thats it. The directions of the owner to enter the apartment were very understandable and clear and so was the communication with her. The owner was very responsive and understanding. She helped us with all the details and answered very quickly. ולישראלים: טסנו כשהמצב לא היה בטוח במאה אחוז, המארחת הייתה מאוד מכילה ומכבדת ועזרה לנו בכל שלב כשהיה אי ודאות לגבי הטיסה, אמרה שתשדל למצוא איתנו פתרון במידה ובאמת לא נוכל לטוס במלחמה. אבל כן הצלחנו והיא הייתה מאוד חברתית ומעולה. הרגשתי בטוח בשכונה גם מהבחינה הזאת. מאוד רגוע ולא הרגשתי עיניים

Idéalement situé près du Champ-de-Mars et des Invalides, face à la rue Cler.

L'attitude de la personne qui représente la propriétaire. Le studio est situé dans la cour intérieure de l'immeuble, à côté des poubelles et problème pour fermer une des deux portes du studio.
