Il monolocale era spazioso, pulito, dotato di un grazioso giardino e di tutti i comfort. Vicinissimo alla fermata dell’autobus e a quella del tram storico. In pochi minuti si arriva nel centro di Trieste. Opicina è un gioiellino. La padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile, la comunicazione pronta ed efficace.

Posizione, parking privato
Sarebbe stata gradita un'illuminazione locale per poter leggere a letto. Le attuali luci, fruibili solo con cavetti di ricarica del cellulare (peraltro con attacco di vecchio tipo), non sono utilizzabili.

Die Lage und Anbindung um in die Stadt zukommen.

Der Ort Villa Opicina war super. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war gut. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Der familieneigene Toster wurde auf Anfrage bereitgestellt.
Sehr lauschige Ferienwohnung, Vermieter wohnt oben drüber (Treppe auf dem Foto führt in die Wohnung des Vermieters!) und Studentenwohnung neben an. Laute Wasserrohrleitungen (Rasensprenger jede Nacht). Waschmaschine stank nach Schimmel. der Geruch verbreitete sich in der ganzen Wohnung. Zudem lieg die WM aus. Silikonfugen in der Dusche schimmlig und die Duschwasser läuft in den Raum. An der Spaghettizange und im Topf klebten die Reste der Vorgänger.
