The location, building architecture and era, quiet street, and views to the harbour.
The bed was a bit hard for us. We didn't mind the three long flights of stairs, but someone less abled than us may.

You can stay like you are at home. Silent neighbors. If you like walking it’s easy to go center and do daily shopping. Be aware Sydney is very hilly and you have to climb 3 stairs to the apartment. We stayed 4 weeks.
If it’s my “home” for two persons I would take out the small bed, take the Sofa in this room and get more space for living. Anyway, other want an additional bed.

Proches de King cross et donc du Train / métro. Proche des commerces et restaurants Dans le logement tout à disposition : vaisselle, electro ménager…
La 3e personne n’a pas son intimité car pas de pièce fermée. C’est idéal pour 2 mais limite pour 3. Pas très bien isolée ( camions de poubelles le matin)
