Sleep Sanctuary: The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable Double bed. Both rooms are fitted with double-glazed windows and blackout curtains, ensuring absolute quiet and darkness. Travel cot if you are travelling with an infant.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment and its expansive wrap-around terrace.
You also have access to shared building amenities, including the lift and a secure, allocated parking space in the basement garage.
The Neighborhood:
The Potts Point Neighbourhood is Sydney's cosmopolitan heart. You are directly across the street from 1Remedy (Finnish venue with hot rock sauna-ice bath therapies) and steps from P.E. Dept Gym. With Kings Cross station a short walk away, you have the best of Sydney at your doorstep.
Getting Around:
You are staying in one of Sydney’s most walkable villages. For most guests, a car is completely unnecessary, but we have you covered if you bring one.
🚗 Parking (A Rare Potts Point Luxury!)
• Free Secure Parking: We provide one free, secure car space in the building’s basement. This is a huge bonus in Potts Point where parking is scarce and expensive.
• Clearance: Max height 2.0m (Fits most SUVs, but please check roof racks).
• Access: You will have a remote control for the secure shutter.
• Second Vehicle? If you have more than one car, the Kings Cross Car Park is just around the corner at 2 Ward Avenue (3-minute walk). It offers secure daily parking (approx. $40/day) and is located under the Kings Cross Centre.
• Street Parking: We do not recommend relying on street parking. It is strictly metered (1-2 hour limits) and heavily patrolled by rangers.
🚶 On Foot (The Village Lifestyle)
• Cafes & Dining: The best coffee (Room Ten), wine bars, and dining are literally steps away.
• Groceries: Harris Farm Markets and Woolworths Metro are both within a 2-minute walk.
• The Harbour: You are a 10-minute stroll from Rushcutters Bay Park and the marina.
• To the City: Walk to the CBD (approx. 25 mins) via the scenic Woolloomooloo Wharf and Royal Botanic Gardens.
🚆 By Train (Kings Cross Station)
• Distance: 3-minute walk (250m) to the station entrance.
• To the City: 1 stop to Martin Place (Business District), 2 stops to Town Hall (QVB Shopping).
• To the Beach: 3 stops to Bondi Junction, where you catch the express bus to the sand.
✈️ Airport Transfers
• Taxi/Uber: Approx. 20–30 minutes (traffic dependent). Tell the driver "Earl Place, Potts Point" (off Springfield Ave).
• Train: The Airport Link runs frequently to Central Station; change there for the T4 Line (Eastern Suburbs) to Kings Cross. Total time: ~35-40 mins.

If you think you will require either of these, we recommend that you let us know in advance so that we can schedule them in for you. Last minute requests may be provided depending on availability of the service providers.
• Supplies: A starter pack of basic kitchen and cleaning items is provided to help you settle in. You will need to purchase any additional supplies you require for your stay.
Amenities: Emergency toiletries and power adapters are supplied for your convenience. If you use them, please let us know so we can replenish them for the next guest.
