Boutique Apartment in Darlinghurst

Thank you Jacqui, great host, easy to reach and always quuck on her replies. Very understanding and accommodating if we needed to adjust our booking The apartment was at a great location. We were able to walk into the city every days. Close to supermarket and some bars/pubs. Comfortable beds 🥰 Layout was great, and the view to the harbour Bridge was a bonus. Even the traffic was ok to bare. Was already staying with some low expectation for sleeping. But it was ok. Once asleep, it was good. Everything was well stocked for 3 days. Jacqui, thank you for allowing us to drop bags off early.

The few things I will say are only from personal taste and observations. The bathroom was a bit hard to use because of its aesthetics, too black and for someone with claustrophobia, this made it hard to be inside of it. For my son on the spectrum, this was also a challenge because of the colour and spacing. I kept the laundry door open to change the outlook and add colour to the blackness. Our toilet seat was broken, privacy in the kitchen from the neighbours was non existing. A set of towels were worn out and needed to be updated (lucky we carry our own). Toilet roll we had to move as it kept getting wet from the water from the basin. Also we needed maybe more hand towels and bath towels for 3 days use.

We waren vooraf gewaarschuwd en we hadden er zelf niet zo’n last van, maar het is wel gehorig van het verkeer op straat.

Comfortable. Good communication from host. Lots of good restaurants near by.

Shower room space is difficult due to large cupboard for tumble dryer
