For the number of days I stayed, it was the perfect amount of comfortability and space. The space is definitely designed for 2 people maximum and makes sense for the price point.
The entrance was located down a dimly lit alley, which made it a little worrying to enter at night. The walls were also a little thin so noise coming from the upstairs unit was a little loud.

Reza es excelente anfitrión, dialogo fluido con el cada consulta responde al instante. El lugar muy bien, las facilidades de la cocina permiten cocinar lo que uno quiera aunque no parezca.
La pileta de lavar la vajilla estaría mejor en la cocina, pero es un detalle, que no le resta nada.

The bed is very comfortable. It's well lit and well heated in spite of being in the basement. The landlord let me have a friend for one night for free.
A 15 minute walk from the metro. The heating is a bit noisy. I asked the landlord for some cleaning products to refresh the bathroom myself, but they didn't provide them, in spite of a whopping $100 cleaning fee.
