3 Appartement Chambres Bureau Part Dieu.

Very spacious apartment and very close to public transport. Beautiful view of Lyon skyline.

Building under renovation. Heating/air conditioning remotely controlled. No washing machine. Keys collected at a local supermarket. Pin number required for key collection. No clear instructions to the apartment. Apartment on 8th floor, no front doors had numbers, very confusing! Standard of cleanliness not met. €800 Security deposit ( At the time I booked it was €500, 3 hours on the phone to Booking com €500 was accepted. This accommodation is non refundable, so they have you over a barrel, no deposit, no stay!!)

Good location, spacious appartment, separate bedrooms

Difficult check in process with pre-authorisation and deposit on external website. Appartment wasn’t well maintained, was dirty, not equipped with appliances. But at the same time price was significant.

I hope that upon checkout we can simply leave the key in the apartment, it is a bit of a hassle to bring it back to the pickup point.

It was fine, but communication especially regarding the keys could be improved.

Flat was clean.

Keys were quite far from property. When you go from the airport you have to make 2 stops. Not convenient at all. On the top we didn’t receive the access code fr the host. So I had to text him and call him to received the code for withdrawing the keys from to shop. Returning the deposit and payment for extra bedding we never received, was little bit complicated and without any information when will be returned. after few requests was returned from the host.

La vue du balcon magnifique, l'appartement est spacieux et joli, bien placé proche de part dieu.

Malheureusement des travaux lors de notre visite et des draps sales (quelques poils et cheveux sur le matelas et le coussin, petite tache sur la couette). Pas d'ampoules au plafond ? Salon et entrée + Partir Maximum 10h de l'appartement c'est trop tôt

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit à Lyon

L'appartement était propre, bien entretenu et bien situé par rapport à la gare de Lyon Part-Dieu.

La récupération des clefs qui est conditionnée par le paiement de la caution. Le paiement de cette dernière implique une bonne connection Internet, ce qui est parfois difficile.

Le calme et la vue sur Lyon qui est magnifique. L'hébergement était conforme aux attentes.

Quelques petits soucis avec certains équipement mais sans gravité. La douchette de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas, et les lumières qui ne fonctionnait pas au couloir.
