Location was great - uninterrupted views of Mount Fuji from our main bedroom and upstairs balcony. It was nearby to the theme park and 7-Eleven was right next door for those late night egg salad sandwiches. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of warm bedding available (it got down to -11C one night). The air conditioners in each room were effective at keeping the house warm as well. Family loved the games and screen time. Bonus having a washing machine and two toilets.
We think the pipes froze on two of the mornings because it was so cold and we couldn't have a shower. We let the hosts know and they provided us with some troubleshooting options promptly. Once it wasn't so cold outside, the water came through nice and hot. Only a minor inconvenience.

The e-Sport setup was loved by my kids and myself! The best was the view of mount Fuji, amazing!

Very smooth check in process and great communication from the property host. The property was super clean and in a great location. Clear instructions and guides of how to use the gaming equipment were provided and also laundry and dryer which was a bonus. I would not hesitate to book here again when visiting Kawaguchiko.

We loved our stay. It’s a great property and location, very clean and comfortable and perfect for a family visit to Fuji-San
