The location was great, close to the Kawaguchiko Station (easy walking distance) as well as a number of restaurants and very close to 7eleven. Also Nozomi was very responsive to requests and suggestions. And, of course, being able to see Fujisan was fantastic.
For me, the Japanese sleeping and eating arrangements were problematic however Nozomi assisted immediately by providing chairs and will be very soon changing to western style bedding arrangements. Nevertheless, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure.
