FloVe' Rooms Venice

The location was 25 mins walking from St. Marco Square in a quiet neighborhood. The room very clean and comfortable bed.

The smell of chlorine once you enter the room was very strong. It would be nice to let some air in after cleaning. No iron or microwave.

The location was perfect and the room was lovely and quiet. The gentleman on reception was more than helpful and he explained everything clearly . The room was very nice with a lovely comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. All in all 10/10

A very nice room.New building and very clean. With a wonderful terrace. The area was super. Close to San Marco for the ones that want to visit the centre of Venice but a bit less busy & touristic. The hostess was a sweetheart. Very pleasant, helping us will all info we needed.

The location is great. Everything is in walking distance, perfect if you are travelling by train. Staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin and we could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next AND above us, including the other person speaking on the phone at 2am! People above us packed their bags very late at night and it was impossible to sleep, as the moving around of the bags sounded like they were moving the furniture. No one is around at night, it seems like a youth hostel at night - people sitting outside in the patio drinking, singing and speaking very loudly. We spent three nights there and couldn't sleep all three nights. There's no ventilation and the air gets very bad, impossible to open the windows over night, as we were on the ground floor, right next to the place where others were drinking. No carpet in the rooms either, all stone slabs. We didn't bring any slippers unfortunately. There is no space in the bathroom to leave the toiletry bag and no space in the shower for shampoo or shower gel. The hair dryer stopped working twice as I tried to blow dry my hair, left the room with wet hair. All in all, rather uncomfortable and we wouldn't go back.
