Clean and quit appartment. Key collection was really easy, even very early morning, free parking in front of the building plus inside parking if needed, beach and see view was enjoyable.

The apt. is at the best location, meters from the popular Pópulo Beach. The large window was the reason we chose this host, and it really gave the oceanside feeling. The host and her helper were very friendly, easy to reach and alwaqys available.
Ther would be some improvements to be made to get the perfect evaluation: a table with chairs in the kitchen, some better kitchen utensils like a larger pan for cooking. The table in the living room is also a bit scary: large glass tabletop without anysticking to the leg of the table. Otherwise the room was comfy and nice.

The hosts were beyond gracious, accommodated my arrival and departure times, started my vacation off with excellent recommendations, and were always available for help! The ocean view every morning was spectacular. Having an enclosed parking garage was extremely useful. I loved being able to slip down to the cafe in the mornings and bring a coffee and croissant back up to the apartment.
Nothing my hosts could prevent, but there was noise at times -- from within the building and from the street. (It wasn't a deal-breaker for me at all -- only stating for someone who might be hyoer-sensistive to noise or spending a lot of time in the apartment.)

Die großen Fenster mit Meerblick, Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner, Spülmaschine, gemütliche alt-traditionelle Einrichtung mit Thema „Golf“, liegt direkt gegenüber vom Meer mit dunklem Sandstrand mit oft tollen Wellen, unten im Gebäude sind 3-4 Restaurants (Gebäude wirkt schon etwas älter, aber das stört nicht, weil das Appartment innen ist in Ordnung)
